How We Do It?

01. Foundation & System Structure
Assessment and Gap identification will be carried out. Training will be provided to the steering and working committees. Workshops will be conducted to help the client in identifying their vision, mission, strategic direction, risk & opportunities, etc.
02. Process Mapping & Documentation
The various organisational processes will be studied and the relevant ISO requirements will be documented. Documentations such as Quality Manual and Quality Procedure will be developed.
03. System Implementation
Company will implement the Quality Management System that has been developed. Practical advice, assistance and strategy for implementation of the QMS will be provided the consultant.
04. Certification
Consultant shall perform a comprehensive pre-certification audit of the implementation of the ISO in the manner similar to the certification body. Coaching will be given to the relevant personnel in preparation for the audit by the certification body. The Consultant shall assist the client during the certification audit. This is to ensure the certification audit process goes smoothly.
